Hi, I'm Mindy, author of this blog! I started this site to have some written documents of my family's life, so that when we get old and wrinkly, we could look back, laugh, and shake our heads thinking, What the heck was I wearing? Yes babe, I'm talking about my MC hammer pants. 

I want to share any experiences I'm going through; good, bad, life-changing, all of it. On top of that, I love trying to DIY quite a few things in our house and what better than to post all of my many fails and successes on the internet for everyone to see. That, and I liked to write about where we travel because so far, every summer we've been to a different place because of the good ol' fashion American sport of baseball. 'Merca! You can say this blog is a little bit of everything, but mainly super awesome stories of my life (in case anyone cared).

That stud-muffin is Ryan, my golden ticket to the life long dream of fighting over the dishes, hogging the blanket, pretending to sleep so one of us has to get up and let our fur children out to potty, and of course, to never being alone at heart. He's my rock. He calls my fat, muscle. Bless his soul. We found each other by chance, but we both know we owe the big man upstairs for our encounter. We share our HUGE love for dogs, which I often call them my fur children. All in all, he's the piece to my puzzle.

We were married on October 25, 2013 and have the CRAZIEST honeymoon story you've ever heard. I can 99.9% guarantee it. Just call it love meets a scooter meets our faces meets doom with the obvious blood and bandages. Read all about that HERE. You won't be sorry.
