Hart is currently on the market and if you are interested, click here for more information.
I also updated my husband's website with most of our current flips if you want to check that out as well.
Now onto the fun!
Last week, I posted a teaser of the outside/front, but here it is again in case you missed it.

Let's have a moment of silence for Big Red...
Living room.
BEFORE:
Looks like a scary dungeon to me.
AFTER:
We opened the wall to the kitchen to make it more open concept (which everyone loves).

Kitchen/Dining room
BEFORE:
I'm seeing a common red theme going on here.
The floors were not what you would expect tile to be.
They were VERY scratchy and your shoes basically got stuck with every step you took.
AFTER:
We went with a lighter tile to really brighten up the space. A brand new espresso kitchen with the ever so awesome white Quartz countertops. Such a good combo we can't stay away from. We decided to do the same kitchen as the last house because it just fit the space and the neighborhood well. You never want to go modern in a traditional neighborhood and visa versa. You need to cater to the buyers you are attracting.
Bedrooms

AFTER:
Side note: the flooring in the afters was actually already there when we bought the house.
The before pictures were from a very old listing.

Outside - Backyard
BEFORE:
AFTER:
We added the privacy fencing because you could see into everybody's backyards. We decided not to rock the entire backyard because its really unnecessary and an added cost not worth having. This way, potential buyers can do what they want with a clean slate. This isn't always the case, but in this area, we didn't need to make it super pretty.
And that is all for this gal. You will be missed Red. Stay tuned for other flips in the running.
As always, if you have any questions/comments, leave them in the section below and I will answer anything I can!
Adios!
