HOUSE FLIPPING - PROJECT LULU

If you follow me on Snapchat, I mentioned that I would be posting one of the houses that Ryan and I are currently "flipping." In short, if you haven't seen Flip or Flop (on HGTV), house flipping is buying a house, renovating it, and selling it for profit...hopefully. Sometimes the reno (renovation) is as little as some carpet/paint/cosmetic things (although, none of them thus far have been), and others are full guts...aka replacing pretty much everything.

Also, the before pictures aren't the greatest, but they are decent. We were figuring out our wide angle lens at the time...Now on to the show! 

Let's start with the outside.

Crazy right? What some nice paint, texture, and window moldings can do. Yaaaassssssss.

Living room.

 Of course, I saved the BEST transformation for last. And frankly, my favorite place in the house.

Oh Quartz, how I love thee. Pictures don't do this bad a** countertop justice. It just doesn't. 

And there you have it! Project Lulu. This was definitely one of the biggest flips we've ever done. But I must say it turned out amazing.
